How do I pay for BizzPro?

When you sign up for a custom plan, we collect your payment details using our trusted partner Stripe. From that point, we automatically charge and invoice you every month. You can always edit or cancel your subscription from your profile in the BizzPro app.

Can I get a company invoice?

Yes. We collect your invoice details when you sign up. In some cases, our subscribers have specific requirements for the content of their invoices based on their country. Just let us know if that’s the case with you and we'll get everything sorted.

How do I pay for the SMS and email services?

As you can see on our pricing page, you are charged a small additional fee for each SMS, email, or phone call. You pay for those with your account wallet which you can top up whenever and however you like. In our plans, we have included free bonus monthly credits, which fully cover the needs of most small businesses.

What if I can’t understand how to use a feature?

It happens to the best of us ;) That’s why you can schedule a call with us at any time to receive support. If something is unclear, just reach out and we’ll help you out.

Is the BizzPro app for desktop or mobile?

The full version of the DentaPro app is currently available as a desktop application. However, when you subscribe we set you up with a simplified mobile app that gives you access to all communications, tasks, and events. It also keeps you notified about everything that’s going on with your business.

Which operating systems support the BizzPro app?

The DentaPro app is a browser application. This means you can access it from any type of computer and operating system. You only need wifi.

Are all tailored services included in my custom subscription plan?

We have a diverse list of tailored marketing services provided by us or our service partners. Some services are included when you subscribe to certain plans. Get in touch with us to receive precise information for your case.
